For as long as I can remember, I've always loved Calder's artworks. Their colors, scale, movement, balance, and inherent playfulness. At some point, I decided I wanted to see as many as I could, so I visit as many cities and museums as I can to experience his work in person. This is a small selection of all the wonderful pieces I've seen.
Finding them wasn't particularly easy. Luckily for me, in 2021 the Calder Foundation created an interactive map of the world in which we can find all Calder’s sculptures in public view.
